Graduate in any field (Preference will be given to Psychology graduates and post graduates and MSW) or any admission confirmed by us can apply for Education Councilor within 8 days after confirmation of payment and application and the admission is confirmed. Every student will get a Referrer's ID if he want to become our Education Councilor. If the student wants to earn with us as a Education Councilor, every student can earn by referring their friends or any body who is interested in availing admission to get MBA from us. There is no location bounding or time bounding from our side. The Education Councilor will have to promote/advertise Phoenix International Megaversity or inform others about Phoenix International Megaversity in any way they can afford and think suitable at their own cost. But spamming is strictly not allowed.
If the applicant who want to get admission writes the Referrer's ID of the Education Councilor in his application form (To avail 10% discount in fees except exam fee), the Education Councilor will get a commission of 10% on the first semester fee submitted by the applicant along with the admission form (For new admissions only), and the applicant whom he refers will get a discount of 10% on the first semester fee submitted by the applicant along with the admission form. No discount, No commission will be given on Exam Fee or other (2nd, 3rd or 4th) semester's fees. After the 10th admission with Education Councilor's ID, All commission earned will be deposited online in Education Councilor's the bank account within first week of next month.
In other words you can say that if any
Education Councilor
refers 10 new students every semester, the
Education Councilor will
earn a referring
commission of 10 x 10 % of fee = 100% fee of 1 student as referring commission.
You can say you can earn your fees what you gave or has to give in
future in this way.
If any
Education Councilor refers 10 new students per month of fee Rs.
10,000/-
the Education Councilors will
earn a referring commission of 10 x
1000/- of fee = 10,000/- as referring
commission in that month.
If any
Education Councilor refers 10 new students per month of fee
15,000/-,
the Education Councilors will
earn a referring commission of 10 x
1500/- of fee = 15,000/- as referring
commission in that month.
If any Education Councilor refers 10 new students of fee
10,000/- per month, and 10 new students of fee
15,000/- per month, the
Education Councilor
will get a referring commission of 10
x 1000/- of fee =
10,000/- and referring commission of 10 x
1500/- of fee = 15,000/-. Total
10,000/- + 15,000/- = The
Education Councilor's
will earn total referring commission
of Rs. 25,000/- in that month.

The Education Institutions will have to give the bank guarantee of the admission fees with the affiliation application as per the maximum number of admissions and streams what they have applied for.
The Education Institutions will have to submit the admission fees (Total Fees - Their Discount) by the payment processing agency we decide, and give the transaction number, transaction amount along with the admission applications while sending the admission applications by email.
The Education Institutions will get same % of the examination fees as examination charges to conduct the exam what discount they got while admissions. The Education Institutions will have to give minimum 50 admissions and maximum 100 admissions per stream per year for
the streams they have applied for. The Education Institution will be given
discounted fees as per the discount structure given below.
Discount structure:
Minimum new 50 admissions per stream per year 30%
discount in per semester fees,
50 to 75
new admissions per stream per year 40% discount in per semester fees,
75 to 100 new admissions per stream per
year 50% discount in per semester fees. The Education
Institutions can add their tuition and other fees as per their
infrastructure, staff expenses, other expenses etc. extra. There is no location
bounding. The Education Institutions can promote/advertise Phoenix
International Megaversity and get admissions from any country of the world. But if
there are any rules for advertising in his country, the Education

The Education Institutions will have to fill up and submit all the
examination forms, conduct the examinations as per the question papers
given by us, submit the answer papers to us, disburse the examination
results given by us etc. (All work from admission to results) as per given schedule in proper time
as instructed by us at their own cost. If there is any delay in the
scheduled date and time, the Education Institutions will be
wholly responsible for it.

Any Education Consultant can work as the Education Consultant of Phoenix International Megaversity and can refer any body who is interested in availing admission to get MBA from us.
