Examinations
All examinations are scheduled, All question paper setting is done, papers are designed, the examination is conducted, examined by experts in relevant fields, and mark sheets & certificates are given by Phoenix International Megaversity itself. All the examinations are private and autonomous.
Types of examinations
Semester examination: The student will have to give the exam every 6 month semester.
Schedule of Examination
The exams will be conducted in each season (Quarter). If any student fails in some exam, he can submit his exam form and appear for the exam in next quarter. This reduces the stress of the students while appearing semester exam.
The students admitted from 1 Jan to 31 Mar will have to submit their examination form on or before 30 October and will have to give their exams in November.
The students admitted from 1 April to 30 June will have to submit their examination form on or before 31 January and will have to give their exams in February.
The students admitted from 1 July to 30 September will have to submit their examination form on or before 31 April and will have to give their exams in May.
The students admitted from 1 October to 31 December will have to submit their examination form on or before 31 July and will have to give their exams in August.
Method of Examination
All examinations are strictly online. The student will have to get and maintain the typing speed required to answer the objective / multiple choice questions and the descriptive questions.
The question papers format
The question paper will have 75 marks objective / multiple choice questions. 75 questions in 120 minutes time and 25 marks descriptive questions in 60 minutes time.
All objective / multiple choice questions will have 1 mark each. 1 descriptive question will be of 10 marks, and 3 descriptive questions will be of 5 marks each.
Note: - You have to write and explain the answers of the descriptive questions in your own language as if you are telling it to somebody by your knowledge and experience.

The Language of examination is English
Re-evaluation/Rechecking of papers
All the answers given in the papers and totals of marks given are rechecked 2 times before declaring the results. So Re-evaluation / Rechecking is not required and application for Re-evaluation / Rechecking is not accepted.
Duplicate marks statement/certificate
It is the students responsibility to preserve all the marks statement, certificates etc. If the student wants any duplicate copy, the student can apply any time for the duplicate marks statement or certificate with the fees of Rs. 500/- per document.
The student will have to send the properly signed application (Signature on the admission application form will be verified. So sign properly.) on plain paper with applicants enrollment number, and seat numbers (if available) from the registered email id and the payment by Paypal from the same email which he has submitted with admission.
The
duplicate documents issued will have the stamp/printing of "Duplicate"
on them. Also the certificate number and date of issue will be recent.
